How has the pandemic personally affected you?

Malaysian clinical psychologist Vizla Kumaresan said it was important to be very clear about drawing your own personal boundaries. And equally important is constantly reminding yourself that it is okay.

“The isolation, the uncertainty of this whole thing has brought to the forefront my own personal trauma from my past… It has been very difficult to deal with my own issues and have to be available to other people to help them process theirs. I do what I can. I recognize my limitations and I have to trust that the other services that are available are doing a good job.”
